A Message from the Principal
Dear Cross Prairie K‑8 Families,
As testing season is upon us and we begin the final stretch of the school year, I want to take a moment to thank our students, families, teachers, and staff for your continued dedication and support. This time of year reflects the hard work, growth, and perseverance that have taken place in our classrooms since the first day of school.
Our students have been preparing throughout the year through high-quality instruction, meaningful learning experiences, and a strong focus on effort and growth. We encourage our students to do their very best, remain confident, and remember that these assessments are just one of many ways we measure learning.
At the same time, we remain focused on keeping learning engaging, positive, and purposeful as we move toward the end of the year. Teachers are continuing to challenge and support students while also celebrating accomplishments and progress.
We ask families to support students during this time by ensuring they are well rested, arrive to school on time, and are encouraged daily. Your partnership plays a critical role in student success.
