A Message from the Principal

principal Telemko

Dear Cross Prairie K‑8 Families,

As we enter the springtime of the school year, I want to thank you for your continued partnership and support of our students and staff. This time of year, brings renewed energy, exciting learning opportunities, and important milestones for our school community.

Our teachers and students have been working hard throughout the year, and we are proud of the progress we are seeing across all grade levels. Spring is the time when students show what they know, and we are committed to ensuring they feel prepared, confident, and supported.

The FAST PM3 testing window opens in less than 50 school days.  This assessment gives us valuable information about each student’s academic growth over the year and helps us plan for continued success. As we get closer, you will receive specific testing dates for each grade level along with reminders and helpful tips for supporting your child at home.  Student attendance is one of the most important factors in a child’s academic success. When students are present, engaged, and part of the daily learning experience, they build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to be successful.

Warm Regards,

Frank Telemko

Principal, Cross Prairie K-8 School
